Based in beautiful Nova Scotia, Canada, Julie is the “Julep” and illustrator behind Julep and Trubbs. Trubbs the cat was Julie's constant companion. Trubbs is still her muse and can be found in some designs.
Coming from a background in computer animation, Julie has been enjoying the fun, lightness and freedom of creating her own illustrations. She loves capturing moments of life: memorable people, treasured objects, travels, or the light and shadows that drape over a space.
