We ship via Canada Post. We endeavour to have orders en route within 48 business hours.

All merchandise must be returned, unused and in original packaging, within 30 days of receipt. Customers are responsible for any return shipping fees. We highly advise securing a tracking number for your return; Duly Noted is not liable for any return packages lost in transit.

Refunds are issued in the form of the original payment.
